Arts and Culture Communications

Since 2022, Max has partnered with the Oregon Cultural Trust and Oregon Arts Commission to generate impact stories about grant recipients. He’s interviewed dozens of executive directors, communication managers, educators, and artists helming or affiliated with the leading arts and culture institutions across the state, including the Oregon Symphony, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, and Central Oregon Center for the Arts. He’s also authored paid promotional stories on behalf of the Portland Art Museum, and worked as in-house communications contributor for Portland Playhouse, a non-profit theatre in Northeast Portland .
